Snowman

March 8th was a great snowday! It was quite an adventure that day. The power went out because of the snowstorm at about midnight, and didn't come back on till around 3pm. We didn't even notice though because we spent the morning outside playing in the snow, and when we got back in the house we were so warm from our adventures that we didn't even notice the cool temps in the house. I am sure the hot chocolate didn't hurt either!

Greta wanted to go out and 'run' in the snow so bad, but once she was out there, she was not so excited about it. She did look pretty cute though.

Holden made a snow angel!

And we made a snowman. I had forgotten how much work it is to make a snowman, but it is a lot of fun!!!(here is Greta not being happy to be on the snow)

 Holden thought our snowman's nose tasted great!

 

And just for fun here is my birthday party! The kids had a great time playing hungry hungry hippos.
